If you’re a provider on the site and you get an error message when you click the button to move your earnings to your PayPal account, here’s what to do:
1) Log in.
2) Click on the “Settings” link under “Your Account” from your provider dashboard.
3) Fill out the required fields (address, etc.) and save.
4) Try transferring the funds again.
