Site User (Not a Provider) Looking for a Tracking Page
You’ll be taken to “Your Genlighten Dashboard” when you log in. Just click on a project title from your Activity Feed or click on “All,” “Waiting on You,” “Waiting on Client” or “Completed” from the left-hand navigation bar and then click on a project title.
Provider Looking for a Tracking Page for a Client Project
You’ll be taken to “Your Provider Dashboard” when you log in. Just click on a project title from your Activity Feed or click on “All,” “Waiting on You,” “Waiting on Client” or “Completed” from the left-hand navigation bar and then click on a project title.
Provider Looking for a Tracking Page for a Personal Project Ordered from Another Provider
Click on the red “Client Dashboard” link from the left-hand navigation bar. You’ll be taken to a page called “Your Genlighten Dashboard” and you should find a link to your project there.
