I will provide lookups in the Baltimore City, Maryland Birth Index at the Maryland State Archives.
The index provides the names of the parents, the date of the child’s birth and their certificate number. It does not give the child’s name. Birth Records in Maryland are sealed for 100 years inless you can provide a copy of a death certificate of the person in question.
