When an exact source citation is unknown for an unidentified document. This fee is due for service even in the event that the document is not located. In this case, a negative search log will be provided documenting indexes and record groups searched.
Digital copies, when available, will be provided at no additional charge. However, if a physical paper copy is required client will pay any associated fees.
