I have access to the following papers which are held in the Hamilton Public Library:

Gore Gazette (March 2, 1827-June 8, 1829)
Newspapers of the Western Gore (1831-1859)
Hamilton Spectator (1846-present)
Hamilton Times (1858-1920)
Hamilton Herald (1889-1936)

This visit will entail a 20 minute drive as well as paying for parking. If the clipping you are looking for is found I will be able to make a copy of it & email you the photograph! Turnaround time is most likely 2 days to 2 weeks.
