I have access to microfilm of the Augusta Chronicle and the Augusta Herald.Both papers posted obituaries of residents in Richmond and Columbia counties (sometimes North Augusta/Aiken County residents’ obituaries were posted as well). Please submit full name of the person you are looking for and the complete date that they died. Also give me some names of surviving family members so I know that I have the right person. I charge $5.00 per name- this covers my research time and travel costs. For the same reason I charge $3.00 per name if I do not find the obituary (or obituaries).
