Jessica did an amazing job. This was my first project with anyone on Genlighten. Jessica answered all emails very quickly, usually within a couple of hours. That right there was wonderful. She then gave me very specific instructions on what she would like to have in order to quote the project correctly. That step was very important, because had she not provided detailed instructions I might have just thrown unorganized information at her and this would have taken longer and cost more in the long run. Jessica saved me time and money and was very gracious about the entire process. I would definitely use her again and I liked the assessment report I was given at the end, because it gave me the tools I need to pursue more information. Thank you Jessica for your efforts!
