Payment | Payment for fixed fee lookups are due in advance. In some cases a discount may apply if the record is not found to exist or the entire lookup cannot be completed. |
Delivery | Upon finding the requested document it will be scanned at a high resolution. In addition a report will be composed stating where the document was found. As well as any source information may you need to find it again. If the document was not found a detailed report of what was searched will be composed. |
Additional Policies | If multiple sources exist for a document all sources will be searched. There is no additional fee for the search of multiple sources. |
