How do I take money from my provider account?

After a client leaves positive feedback or three days after a project is completed--whichever comes first--an admin button becomes available which allows us to move your earnings to your Genlighten account.

It's a manual process and we usually take care of it each morning. However, if you know that a client has left feedback and you'd like your money sooner, just email and we'll take care of it for you.

Once the funds are in your Genlighten account, transferring them to your checking account is easy.

Just go to Account > Provider Payout (scroll down) and click the red transfer button.
