How do I take money from my provider account?

After a client leaves positive feedback or three days after a project is completed--whichever comes first--an admin button becomes available which allows us to move your earnings to your Genlighten account.

It's a manual process and we usually take care of it each morning. However, if you know that a client has left feedback and you'd like your money sooner, just email support@genlighten.com and we'll take care of it for you.

Once the funds are in your Genlighten account, transferring them to your checking account is easy.

Just go to Account > Provider Payout (scroll down) and click the red transfer button.
